. Once you have chosen the Nail Tek Formulation right for you, follow these five easy steps to strong, beautiful, flexible nails:
I. BEGIN with clean nails shaped square or rounded.
II. TREAT with one coat of the Nail Tek formulation of your choice. Begin at the base of the nail near the cuticle, stroking toward the end of the nail. Be sure to keep all nail products away from the cuticle and skin as they may cause dryness.
III. COLOR with two coats of your favorite shade of nail polish.
IV. PROTECT with one top coat of Nail Tek.
V. APPLY DAILY as a top coat over polish.
after one week remove all polish with a non-acetone remover and BEGIN again

. Use colored nail polish while you are growing your nails - even when they are short. If you prefer a softer look, try a sheer shade. - Colored polish helps you become more aware of your hands and how to use them in a way that keeps your nails protected.
- Colored polish makes chips easier to spot so that you can make immediate repairs.
- Do not remove polish between daily Nail Tek treatments.
- Daily top coats of your Nail Tek Formulation will continue to strengthen nails and help keep polish on between manicures.
